The whole edit in one prompt
Cut my clips into a 90-second talking head video for TikTok. Follow this order. - 0-2s: the claim - 2-8s: why it matters to them - 8-40s: 2-4 points, one clean sentence block each - 40-55s: the thing they can do today - 55-60s: short close, no "like and subscribe" Pacing: one idea every 5-8 seconds, no dead air. Open with this. Say your claim in the first 2 seconds. Captions: 3-5 word phrases under your mouth. Avoid these. Leaving pauses in. Framing too wide. Reading notes below the lens. When you're done, list what you changed with timestamps so I can check.
One step at a time

What to say when it's off
- Captions. Captions over your face. "Move captions to the lower third."
- Hook. Hook starts late. "Cut the breath and the half second before I start talking."
