The whole edit in one prompt
Cut my clips into a 90-second testimonial video for TikTok. Follow this order. - 0-4s: the specific result - 4-15s: who they are and the before - 15-50s: what changed, 2-3 points with b-roll - 50-70s: the result again, with proof on screen - 70-80s: who they'd recommend it to Pacing: calm, 8-12 seconds per point. Open with this. The most specific result, spoken. Captions: phrase captions, name and role lower third. Music: soft, no vocals. Avoid these. Vague praise. Interview questions left in. 90 seconds of one face. When you're done, list what you changed with timestamps so I can check.

What to say when it's off
- Rough cut. Too long. "Cut it to 70 seconds. Drop the weakest part first."
- Captions. Captions over your face. "Move captions to the lower third."
- Hook. Hook starts late. "Cut the breath and the half second before I start talking."
- Music. Music fights the voice. "Lower the music to 15% whenever I'm talking."
- B-roll. B-roll stays too long. "Come back to my face after 3 seconds of b-roll."
