A lessons learned video ties one real outcome, like a number or a failure, to two or three specific takeaways, with the outcome shown on screen.

Structure
- 0-3s: the outcome and how many lessons

How to shoot it
- Only pick a lesson if you can name the moment you learned it.
- Record the proof screen first so you can point at it.
- One take per lesson.
- Talk like you're thinking it through, not lecturing.
- Film one b-roll clip per lesson, even a loose one.
How to edit it
- Proof on screen in the first 5 seconds. Numbers shown, not just said.
- Numbered title card at the start of each lesson.
- B-roll on "what I did", back to your face on "what I'd do now".
- Punch in on the most important lesson.
- Captions throughout.
Prompt it in Vyra
This is a "3 things I learned from 100 posts" video. Cut it to 80 seconds. Put the analytics screenshot on screen when I say "a hundred videos", and add a numbered title card at the start of each lesson. Phrase captions throughout, light music under my voice.
Reorder so the lesson about "hooks" goes first, and cut the intro so the first thing I say is the number.
