UGC hook and demo prompts: hook, problem, demo, result in 30 seconds
A UGC hook and demo prompt gives Vyra the four beats in order, the exact hook line, the demo footage, and the length, so it reads as a person showing a thing.

Give it four beats in order (hook, problem, demo, result), the exact hook line, which footage is the demo, and the length. Then ban the things that make it look produced.
Minimal:
Cut this into a 30-second UGC-style ad. Hook, the problem, me showing the product, the result.
Standard:
Make a 30-second vertical UGC ad from this footage. Open on the line "I edited this whole video by typing", then 5 seconds of me explaining the problem (editing takes hours), then 15 seconds of the screen recording where I type the prompt and the edit appears, then end on my face saying "that's it." Keep it handheld and unpolished. No music, no transitions, no logo.
Full:
Build a 30-second 9:16 UGC hook and demo from this footage. Beat 1, 0 to 2 seconds, my face, the line "editors, are we cooked?" as the hook, text on screen matching the words. Beat 2, 2 to 8 seconds, the problem, use the take where I say "I used to spend four hours on a two-minute video" and cut the rest. Beat 3, 8 to 24 seconds, the demo, the screen recording of typing the prompt and the timeline filling in, as a full-screen insert with my voice continuing over it. Speed up any part of the recording where nothing changes for more than 2 seconds. Beat 4, 24 to 30 seconds, back to my face for "that's it, that's the whole edit," then a 1-second hold. Phrase captions throughout, white, lower third. No music, no zooms, no brand logo, no end card. It should look like I filmed it on my phone, because I did.
What each part does
Timestamped beats are the whole prompt. The quoted hook and problem lines take take-selection out of its hands. "Full-screen insert with my voice continuing" keeps you present during the demo. "Speed up where nothing changes" fixes the dead air every screen recording has. The ban list keeps it UGC.
Fixes
- Looks like a commercial. "Remove the music and the transition. Use the handheld take for the opening."
- Demo too long. "Cut the demo to 12 seconds. Keep the moment the timeline fills in."
- Hook is slow. "Start on the word 'editors'. Cut everything before it."
- Screen unreadable. "Crop the recording to the chat panel and the timeline."
FAQ
Full screen or picture-in-picture for the demo? Full screen if the product lives on a screen. Keep your voice going so you're still there.
Can Vyra write the hook? It can list lines from your transcript. The best hooks are things you actually said on camera. Ask for the top five and pick one.

Rules that apply to every prompt
- One target per prompt. Length, platform, purpose.
- Quote the exact line when you mean a specific moment.
- Give numbers, not adjectives. "Pauses over half a second," not "snappy."
- Say what not to add. Zooms, transitions, music, effects.
- One fix per follow-up message. Ask for a list of changes with timestamps if you want to check.
