Fitness content needs labels, counts, and clean cuts between sets. Vyra can tell which clip is which exercise, puts the name and rep scheme on screen from one sentence, and cuts the rest of your session to a track.
What you make
- Form tips to camera
- Follow-along routines
- Transformation reels
- Training montages to music
- Day-in-the-life training vlogs
Your three most-used prompts
Routine
Build a 60-second 9:16 routine from the session footage. Each exercise for 8-10 seconds in this order. Goblet squat, Romanian deadlift, split squat, plank. Put the exercise name and "3 x 10" as a label top left for each. Upbeat music, no captions.
Form tip
Clean up this form tip to 30 seconds. Keep me talking to camera, and when I say "knees track over toes" cut to the side-angle squat clip for 4 seconds, then back. 3-5 word captions, bold, lower third.
Transformation
Make a 20-second reel. Before photo for 3 seconds, after photo for 3 seconds, then the training clips cut to the beat of the attached track. Put "12 weeks" in large text over the first two shots.
A typical workflow
- Upload the session clips, talking-head tips, and any photos.
- Ask for the routine or tip with the order you want.
- Add labels, counters, or captions in one style.
- Ask for a version with music for Reels and one without for your app or course.
- Export.
What Vyra does that matters for you
- It can tell a squat clip from a deadlift clip.
- Labels and rep counters as motion graphics from a description.
- Beat sync for montages and hype reels.
- One caption style across a week. Say "same as Monday."
What it does not do
- It doesn't count reps or check your form. It edits what you filmed.
- It doesn't generate footage or a presenter.
