My top video is a painting reveal at 622K views. It's literally two clips. I start holding a blank canvas, then cut to holding the finished piece. Steal the format. Think about the before and the after of the story you want to tell, and film both moments.

How to shoot it
- Mark the tripod spot with tape. Shoot before and after from it.
- Same lens, same height, same light if you can.
- Film the process in 3-5 second bursts.
- Shoot the after wide, medium, and close.
- Get a slow push-in on the result.
How to edit it
- Hold the before 3-4 seconds. Longer than feels right.
- Cut the process to the music, one clip per beat or half-beat.
- Match cut from before to after on the same frame.
- Land the reveal on the drop. Hold it 3 seconds, no caption.
- Details after the reveal.
- Optional split screen at the end.
